Toyota is highly regarded in the automotive industry as one of the forward thinkers in innovations, and last week at R&D Magazine’s annual R&D 100 Awards, they proved it. Toyota was recognized as the top automaker and awarded for its achievements.
Toyota was recognized for two technologies including automotive electronics power cooling and omnidirectional structural color, while the Toyota Research Institute was awarded for their work in hybrid and electric vehicle technology. Finally, Toyota Motor Corporation was celebrated for their advancements in thermal cooling in the Land Cruiser Prado.
