Recently, Toyota asked the world to band together to help raise money for the United Way. United Way is a global non-profit organization that helps to implement lasting positive changes in communities. Whether they are creating opportunities or educating people, United Way’s focus is on income, health, and education.
To help raise money for the organization, Toyota pledged to donate $20 every time someone used the #LetsJoinHands hashtag on social media. All in all, Toyota donated a whopping quarter of a million dollars to the cause.
